TIMES JAZIRAH, MALANG – UIN Malang through one of their Biology major lecturer Dr. Evika Sandi Savitri, MP, explained the uses of biology in daily life.  It's not merely just a science but it's in almost everything that people done.

"Biology is such an important thing. It's because we are part of the living organism which lives in biotic and abiotic environment," Dr. Evika Sandi Savitri, MP, a professor at Science and Technology Faculty of UIN Malang said.

Still according to her, Biology represents more than a subject in school. On Earth, biology pervades the surface and spaces underground as well. Humans in particular harness biology for every aspect of life.

People consume biological products to survive. They used vegetable and fish to cook. They also use the help of ox to plow the ricefield. The most easy thing to see is that we need oxygen which was produced by those plants to live.

Those in accordance, people need to keep this world balance. And make the ecosystem stay normal to keep this chain reaction keep stable. 

It's such an important thing to keep this world clean of pollution. People need to take care of the environment, not doing deforestation, and else. This will lead into a good habit and lifestyle.

All this long, people has been mistaken in applying Everyday uses of biology. "Its important to maintain the harmonious interactions between human and its environment," she added.

The uses of Biology in people's daily life has been a crucial thing to find out. People rely on living things and their products for the food they eat, their homes, their personal care, their fuel and their medicines.

"Biology pervades all aspects of everyday life. It is important to learn about it so we could live in harmony," theis professor at Science and Technology Faculty of UIN Malang ended. (*)
