TIMES JAZIRAH, MADIUN – Having a cup of hot chocolate while surrounded by the beauty of natural scenery and the cold climate around will be nice thing to have in this winter. You could have this experience at Rumah Coklat Bodag Madhco (Madhion Coklat) of Madiun.

Located at Bodag, Kare, Madiun, East Java Rumah Coklat Bodag Madhco or Bodag Madhco House of Chocolate has dozens of product based on cocoa. It has chocolate bars, chocolate candy, chocolate fat, cocoa powder, dark chocolate and more.

They also serve several beverages made of cocoa. "The most popular drink for now is the 3 in 1. It consist of cocoa powder, skim milk, and sugar," Sugito, the Manager Production of Rumah Coklat Bodag Madhco, said on Sunday (24/1/2021).

Rumah Coklat Bodag Madhco had been established since 2019. At first this place only produce some cocoa products and distributed them online and for local market. And in 2020 they decided to add some cafe and bar for the customers.

This place could accommodate around 100 customers at a time. But during this pandemic they only serve 50 percent of their capacity. "There will be around 20 to 30 people coming on weekdays and become more crowded at weekend," Sugito added.

For a cup of hot chocolate, Rumah Coklat Bodag Madhco will charge you around IDR 5 - 16 K. This house of chocolate of Madiun opens daily at 09.00-15.00 local western time. (*)
