Curug Panganten is located at Cukanguncal, Tanjungsari, Sadananya, Ciamis, West Java. Curug Penganten derived from the local language which literally means as the Bride Waterfall.

According to the local Chief of Youth Community, Enju Junaedi, the water of the waterfall came from two separated rivers, the Panyeuseuhan and Cileueur. Down the waterfall there are dozens of enchanting separated rivers that will mesmerize your eyes.

“We have dozens of enchanting view of local rivers besides the waterfall. We have Leuwi Genteng, Curug Batu Gepit, Green Canyon Bobojong, the enchanting view Bobojong Farm,” Enju said on Friday (25/12/2020)

Leuwi Genteng is one of the areas net to Curug Penganten that has become quite popular for the local visitors. Mostly, they came for spending their time with the public pool the management has provided.

“They usually come in summer. The access is good enough during summer. And it’s a bit slippery when it comes to rainy season,” Ibu Oom, a local vendor owner at Leuwi Genteng of Curug Penganten Ciamis said. (*)
