TIMES JAZIRAH, PROBOLINGGO – Enjoying a peaceful ambience and green scenery of lush green trees around will surely be one perfect thing to have to spend your weekend with your family. You could have this experience by riding ATV at a special track located at Rest Area Betek of Mount Argopuro.

This place is located at a rest area at Betek, Krucil, Probolinggo, East Java. As the time goes, lots of people coming to this place not just because they were taking a rest during their trip but also willingly to spend some more time with their family or loved ones.

The mangement of this rest area then took this chance by building 1 Km long track special for ATV and rent the ATV there.  The track quite challenging. It has a narrow lane and some nice obstacle to go. It will surely pump your heart beat and challenge your nerve.

To ride the ATV, you will need to pay for IDR 35 K. With this price, you were eligible to turn around the track for three times. That will be 3 Km long track in total. "We still need to make ourselves comfortable with the ATV for the first round, ut at the last round, it's all good. And it's an amazing experience," Puji, a local visitor said on Monday (15/11/2021).

Meanwhile Susianingsih, another visitor said that she was having a good time with her grand kids at the rest area. "The air is so fresh for this place is surrounded by lush green trees of the local forest. It perfect to spend more time with the grand kids," she said.

Rest Area Betek of Mount Argopuro had to stop being operated for a while during the pandemic. But as the Covid-19 cases spike down in the city, the management allowed to reopen the place for public with safety protocols. The ATV has always become the main attraction for the visitors of the place. (*)
