You could visit the food truck at Jl. Gajah Mada No.23, Mergelo, Magersari, Mojokerto, East Java. This food truck will serve you the best taste of guava salad as their local delicacy.

Iwan Figianto  the owner of the food truck as well the chef for the salad said that the idea of selling the food was coming from YouTube. He was also aware of the guava orchard laid next to his house which belongs to his neighbor. 

He also aware of the health benefits the fruit has. "I was tempted with a video on YouTube. At first I was only try to make it for myself.  But then it worked, and I have an idea to make it as a business," Iwan added.

Up until now, there has been lots of people looking for this delicacy. They have fallen in love to the taste and coming back for more though the food truck was just opened in not more than two weeks.

In a day, Iwan could spend around 40-50 kg of guava. Most of his customers were those teenagers and adults from 18-30's. "I don't think there has been another food truck which sell guava pickles like mine in the city," he added.(*)
